Lululemon Line Plan

This project spanned 5 weeks as part of my Fashion Market Analysis class. Throughout this timeframe, my assignment involved creating a brand-new line for Lululemon's forthcoming Autumn & Winter collection. Recognizing Lululemon's prominence in athleisure wear, I identified an opportunity to introduce snow gear, aiming to tap into the outdoor industry, particularly amidst its burgeoning popularity. Through unstructured interviews within the outdoor market's target demographic, we discovered prevalent issues with existing products, including limited color variations, sizing options, and outdated silhouettes. Leveraging these insights, I developed a line tailored to address these specific market needs

RESEARCH

In the initial stages of the project, our objective was to conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research into Lululemon's upcoming snow gear line. This encompassed exploring silhouette inspirations, material choices, consumer requirements, SWOT analysis, and emerging trends. I utilized various research platforms including Mintel Forecasting Reports, WGSN, and other reputable websites to gather the necessary information for developing the assortment line.
